What's the advantage of leaving your plant in the vegative state longer then needed? The plant itself becomes bigger and stronger, but does it make it more potent or what?

I'm about to order my seeds. I want a place that doesn't have a bad reputation to order from. First time grower, going with white widow. Who all has a good reputation besides nirvana?

temperature - can't get below 60 at night, most potent when it stays in mid 70's humidity - has to be humid. If it ain't humid, you can eat 20 of them and barely feel anything, whereas if it was say 95% humid, 4 of them would have you in the best trip of your life. Humidity is the potency...

I have a tendancy to take 20 minute showers in the morning every morning. I imagine that puts about 20 bucks on the meter by itself. By cutting my shower time below 5 minutes and buying a 400 watt, nothing would really change.
