I’m in SC now plants been growing outside since mid April almost 2ft high

Plants growing outdoors in wild something small ate trough stem at ground level plant was limp I then put in gallon of water and sprung back to life . How do I get this plant back to where I can replant in the ground ?

Trichomes are milky white how much longer to they change to amber?

Blue Cheese, still going strong will post new pic tomorrow,bought a 60x micro been looking at trics still milky white some clear waiting for the amber to show up to harvest want that couchey laid back buzz.
