lots of people have good accomplished grows using cfls if they know how to do them. I use them and stand beside them all the way from seed to flower they work fine if you do it right and designed your setup well. no a hps and cfls is actually a good combination. more light means more(and generally quicker) growth. it should speed the whole growing process up and make a bigger harvest. In my personal studies anyways......

i wanna do some experimentation with some products. lutes, bud enhancers, diff lights, and soils to see what diff affects they have on the ending buds. So if i grow a plant to about 6inches high could i make it produce buds, by turning back the light schedule to 12/12?
