After feeding 1300 ec to some and 1100 lucas to one they seem to go back to normalish... still have the ph problem.

Yes, my runoff is still @5 so that might be the issue... though I have same ph on all of them.

Overfeeding? no way... under maybe. Wrong NPK feeding, maybe, but not over.

I bumped the bloom from 0,5 to 1ml/l and still getting what it seems like P def. (not power defense) but I did get some growth.

Looking good though... and if that is a plant in bad conditions man you make me cry :))

Like I said, hit or miss :) Well mostly cause of me and probably my tap water but I think it's more safe to have to check your ph/ec feedings. At least for me since I am still learning. And I screwed my first grow badly, I mean a plant in late flower is 15cm tall. But you know how I know TA...
