Yes, my runoff is still @5 so that might be the issue... though I have same ph on all of them.

Overfeeding? no way... under maybe. Wrong NPK feeding, maybe, but not over.

I bumped the bloom from 0,5 to 1ml/l and still getting what it seems like P def. (not power defense) but I did get some growth.

10 y ago I was using AN line with hit or miss results... was never a good grower but after some research I and some tests I find that Terra Aquatica is quite good and waaaaay cheaper then AN.

Day 30 They were a bit underfed and didn't grew much in a week but now they seem to be doing fine. And if they grow more... my light won't cover it and it seems that the HLG won't be that soon. My boss screwed me with my job contract (not intentionally) and my plans got delayed.... again.
