hey there bendbrewer. i was wondering if u can explain the way the water drains back into the reservoir from the buckets after they fill? i cant connect the dots on how the water in the buckets, connected to each other and then to the res, can drain it back into the res?
Gravity. The buckets don't really "fill". They are on the same level as the reservoir connected with larger diameter tube. With no pumping, the water level will be the same in all the buckets and the reservoir. When you pump the water into the buckets, gravity pulls water out of the buckets back to the reservoir. I dial in the flow out of the pump to keep an equilibrium with the flow back to the reservoir.
