del66666 Feb 8, 2009 hi m8, my oldest plant is 8 weeks and my others are 6 weeks, you want 6400k for veg and 2700k for flower or both for flower is what i prefer, nutes i suppose should be the proper stuff produced for cannabis but im using phastrogen at mo and molasses
