Light and air will damage your roots. At the very least use bigger rockwool cubes.

I flower my plants between 4-12 inches tall and get great results. Feeding this early is ok depending on whether you are using a hot soil or not.

White Widow is a good beginner strain. Not sure about the resin its not my thing.

About 12-18 inches depending on ventilation.

The plant looks fine to me. I dont see any signs of hermie.
