Looks like MJ to me. It's probably just a combination of weak genetics and a low (no?) veg time. It's also gone through stress, no doubt, so the leaves are all fucked. The leaves don't look like MJ leaves because they're all missing portions of the leaves, and some are only 3-leaved.

Just a few small updates/observations/weights. First, whoever says CFLs can't make decent sized buds is crazy. Check out the first picture. That buds is so huge and it feels dense as well. Smells so fruity, can't wait to smoke her. The lighter is directly to the side of the bud, not behind...

Oh, and Molasses if you haven't done so yet. Molasses at about 4 or 5 weeks until harvest makes for juicy buds, so maybe it will help out your ladies as well.

If I'm seeing correctly, your plants are in dire need of some nutes. They look big enough now to handle them...give them a half dose first, then ease into a full dose. They're starving for some help!

I started two plants on 12/12 at about that size (4"-5" tall) and they are about 8" now (after 35 days of flowering), and look like they'll each produce about a quarter of pretty decent smoke.
