Hi please help me. I have a problem with my roots. The roots are brown and look damaged and when I lift up my spreader mat in the trays the are all damaged and dont go any further than the spreader mat. I have tried adding some liquid oxygen to the mix and some new roots have come through but...

Hi can someone please tell me when to change nutrients I know you use grow nutrients when the plant is is veg stage but once you switch to 12/12 lighting do you switch straight to flowering nutrients or do you use both for a while could someone please tell me. Thank you

Hi I am a newbie to growing but a friend of mine said if the CF of the res goes up then the plants need to be flushed as they have locked out but I read somewhere else that plants drink more water than nutrients anyway so it will rise sometimes. Does the res just need to be topped up with water...
