Hps is definitely the best for flowering, unless you have dual spectrum..I guess that would technically be best.

what you could do (what I'm planning on doing) is just grow one plant throughout many grows...like..leave one plant in when you're gonna harvest the rest of your crop, and just switch right back to veg time..throw more plants in there, flower them, harvest them, but still leave that one plant in...
