Should i use the same light when i first get the clone for its hole growing process? Or do i need to get different lights for the stages its in or something?

i live in no apartment so soil is ok. im just trying to figure out what is the best to use for this dro clone at the moment. i plan on useing a 400 wt light, ive been reading thats what other people use. i mite even use this earthbox thing and just put a light over it
