Just put in my first order with greenpoint, deal seemed too good to pass up. I don't know if cannaventure or greenpoint seeds are good or not but I see them everywhere on this site so I thought I'd give them a shot. Here's my order from last night

I believe its safe to use water hot enough to kill the larvae but not too hot to harm the plant. I've only used this technique on well established plants, I don't know if its safe for younger plants.

I've been following peoples advice here and removing most of the sugar leaves and the taste does seem to be noticeable smoother and better tasting. I never knew trimming was so much work, buying a pair of trimming scissors and gloves really made a huge difference as well.

I'm doing my first harvest tomorrow so I'm getting ready to freeze the plants and I also have some bubble bags on the way. I figure on friday I can pick up some dry ice and attempt my first dry ice "sift". Do you think it will be alright to use a fresh plant and to throw it in the freezer...

For how long did you run that cement mixer? Also, that kief looks really clean, I thought dry ice method was supposed to have a lot of contaminants.

where do you guys get your kelp meal and other supplies? I bought some kelp powder off ebay but I almost just want to run to the ocean and grab some seaweed and dry it myself, i just dont know much about seaweed harvesting. Would love to eat some fresh kelp too.

I actually did add TPR to my order after I read about the mix up in the forums this morning. I didn't see bigworm genetics on there when I made the TPR order though so I'm assuming it must have been very recent. Hadn't read about it anywhere so I figured there might be other people interested...

If any of you guys do the diy method, can you guys make a video showing the process of setting it up and some commentary on the experience?

I was actually about to start a thread and ask how much the taste changes after cure because I kind of prefer the way my bud smokes freshly dried. It's not overly dry and brittle like the buds I get from the dispensary.
