Next grow try a new/different grow space, i.e without a tent, and see if the problem persists. If not, then the issue is the tent itself.

There are minerals in tap water that are needed by plants. Calcium for example.

To be safe you might want to keep that plant separate from the others, by that I mean, if you take cuttings for example, make sure you use a new blade for each plant. If it is more than just an abnormality, for example if it is TMV, then it will be isolated to just that plant.
