One more question. Can I plant the ones that are not showing roots yet and will they take? I kind of want to keep them all together in the same spot. If I plant them in ffof in some blacked out plastic party cups, will they still root out? They all went in the cloner the same day.

They are. That's why they put out the news blurb. They are saying right in the article that they can't afford to stay, and the whole city is understaffed. Never been there, and I don't think I want to visit.
I use a UPS that was designed for computers. It will easily power all the air pumps you want for days depending on the unit. Plus they automatically kick in when the power goes out. Just plug it into the wall and plug the pumps into the Uninterrupted Power Source. (UPS)
