It is bud rot!!!! Ugh!!! I chopped the stalk. The stalk is attached to another branch. That branch has some black discoloration too. how do u clean the area? help!! Im freaking out!!!!

Why is the leaves around this cola looking loopy, yellow and sickly looking. All the colas around it is all looking healthy and well. What could cause this? Is this the begining of bud rot? Help! It’s an outdoor grow. Location is in norhtern CA, maybe 8 weeks into flower. Strain is Citrus Crush.
