So I should make all 8 lights warm? There is no need to throw in cools for balance?

I am a beginner grower with limited space and limited power. My current garden is lit by eight 20w fluoro tubes; one is warm white, one is cool white, and the other six are "plant and aquarium" bulbs which are wide spectrum, something in the 6000k. Will I be able to bud my 3' plant with these...

i have two more, one is ready to bud... hope it's a female.... the other is only about 12 inches, but im going to clone it and sex it

damn this is sad news its only in week one... any chance of a wisp coming out of those things?
