any1 use green spec bulbs for when lights are of, i heard they don't interrupt the plant while been in darkness?

ive been feeding 10 min 8 times a day soil is always damp but never soaked, also plants about 18 ince max in 11L pots but have seen few roots coming outta the bottom?

so right now im on week 2 of flower, got 5 ex cheese from gh seeds and following the canna grow guide nd adding 188ml a+b to my 70l wilma system ,everything looks and smells ok altho leaves look a bit yellow still, i upped the dose of nute the other day, but think i need to up it again? also...

just checked my calender im only on week1 of flower lol don't no why i thought that it was week 2!! plants look a bit purple think its because the cold at night and have my light on during the day, will it harm the plants if i put it in 24 hours darkness so i can change the light times?

600w hps, and ye just getting a bit inpatient lol

I'm on week 2 of flower about 12 days in seen first few hairs growing around a week ago but not much progress since just a few white hairs on each plant is this normal? oh and im growing ex cheese from gh cheers guys

oh i have built it in with mdf you just cant see it because have covered it inside and out also am sucking air in from a bed room vent which i have attached to ducting and i leave the window open most of the time

the heat has dropped allot since i hooked the 2nd fan up b4 when i opened it up is was really hot at the top now the whole loft feels about the same temp, dont no much about how these choppers operate but was told by some1 on this that 1 600w hps wouldnt be seen from above, any suggesting on how...
