That bloom boost? and you said you used MG moisture control isnt that different the the MG container soil that feeds up to 3 months?
When people use soils like MG and Sta-Green that say they feed up to 3 to 9 months does that mean no nutes are required during this period? I would prefer to not used nutes as I don't know much about them. I would rather just stick to a soil like MG that provides food to the plant, is that...
Anyone use sta-green soil, its said to feed plants up to 9 months, but MG says 3. When the soils say that does that mean you don't necessarily have to feed them nuts? I really dont want to have to deal with Nuts, im looking into either MG or sta green. Will the plants be quite small compared to...
I was just looking for some clarification on the container/pot size everyone used or went by. I think I read somewhere that you want 1 gallon per foot of growth or something like that, maybe I am just making it up. Any info appreciated.
So it would probably be better to get 2 duct fans one for the filter to be a scrubber and then one to exhaust heat from the light because it wouldn't seem practical to me to have the filter connected to the hood then the hood connected to the fan. You would most likely lose suction from the...
good info, so you wouldnt recommend that to exhaust heat from the from a hood and the room then pushing the heat/dirty ai through a carbon filter for smell?
Are the new digital ones. if they are indeed new...do they conserve a lot more energy??? Is it worth getting the digital over the standard ballast?
thanks
Thanks, so would I need just an inline fan blowing directly on the bulbs from the side vent that comes precut, or should I exhaust the heat out via a conduit/tube or can I just mount it directly on the reflector? Also many inline fans I find are so loud I am looking for silence any suggestions?
Well actually I was looking at utility lights that support 2 bulbs per unit so I would have a total of 3 of them to equal 6 bulbs, you think I should have 4 to equal 8 bulbs?, and I know how far I need to keep it to the plants I was referring to how hot the 600W hps gets do I need an exhaust on...
OK ladies, for vegging 10 plants would 6 4ft 40 watt T-12 6500k bulbs do well?, or would having 3 4000k and 3 6500k be a better option? I was reading around town and it seems like quite a few mix their bulb spectrum. Also is 220w enough for 10 girls for vegging. How is the heat with 600w HPS I...
