I have 2 plants on a 15 gal res, 3 days into flower and the plant on the left has shown her hairs of love, but the other one hasn't and I can see TINY little growth that look like balls filled with hatred and evil coming out of the nodes. Should I give it more time? or im screwed for sure. It...

3 days into flower, I was left with two plants so I let them have a few extra days of veg to fill up my screen. So far so good, the plant on the left already showed sex waiting on the one on the right, but so far it isn't looking good i think its gonna be a guy :*(

I did just that, i tried to cut off as much as I could from the dead plant im sure I also cut some from the healthy one, So far it hasn't shown any signs of stress, but im also sure it will be stunted for a few days. Wont the dead roots start rotting?
