I only have 30 bucks. I can either spend 25 on a quarter or regs or $30 dollars for a sixteenth (1.7 grams) of some mango. what would you do?

Moving them outside from a 24/0 light cycle to about a 14/10 light cycle will produce buds. I'm not worrying about that.

yes they will be flowering at the same time. they will be outside during this stage. I need to know the name of some pesticides or something to use to keep the bugs and other critters away when they are moved outside. tell me what to get.
