Moving them outside from a 24/0 light cycle to about a 14/10 light cycle will produce buds. I'm not worrying about that.

yes they will be flowering at the same time. they will be outside during this stage. I need to know the name of some pesticides or something to use to keep the bugs and other critters away when they are moved outside. tell me what to get.

I understand. Lighting is an issue. money is the biggest issue though. I forgot to mention that this grow op will be outdoor after another month. They will strive on sunlight then.
