Appreciate that. I chose 11x, hoping to get 11B like you. I have a few friends in the military, my best friend is an MP and he tells me a lot of stuff about it but I always like to read from guys who are/were infantry. "hurry up and wait" I have heard that so much lol I will know in a few months the real meaning to that haha. Sucks that you got hurt but at least you got that med permit. Thanks for taking some time to tell me a little about it. If you have anything to say that you think will help me out then please do.

hey man, congrats on enlisting. what mos are you going? as i said i was 11B infantry. i loved being in the army, you make friends in a way no one on the outside can understand. it will also make you grow up alot. my first time being deployed i was a 240b gunner. that was the sweetest thing, being the baddest mother fucker on the block lol. the second time i was my sdm(sniper) which i thought would be great during train up but it was the most boring thing ever. it brought a whole new meaning to the phrase hurry up and wait. but it was still cool being able to really watch out over my guys while they do an op. You see alot of messed up shit over there but i think it did alot of good for me, i learned what it is to really be a man in alot of areas. during my second deployment i got into some bad shit and got medically retired, now i have a med permit hence why i am on here lol.
