So I gave up on the card since i did not have a california id, but i was able to find some kind bud in LA from an old friend of college. My suggestion is for you to either contact somebody whose been living out here for a while for it, or else head down to Venice area and check out the beaches there; lots of places to get a card, some of them are connected to dispensaries that dont care if u have st id or not (thats what ive heard at least)
