I don't give my cuttings anything for the first week except 1ml of Rapid start, and 1ml of Floralicious on transplant watering, then I give straight pH bal H2O next time, and then feed 15ml after at least a week in the pots. But ya, I will give them 15ml all through veg, and water in between. When they start taking up my waterings and feedings every 2 days, I do feed, feed, water. Hope that helps man.
