Well dude get some Y-splitters at your local hardware store and some extra CFL's. For vegging use a ratio of 2/1 (6500k/2700k) so 4 23watt 6500k (daylight) and 2 23watt 2700k (soft white). When budding do vise-versa 2 23w 6500 and 4 2700k more red spectrum is good when budding. With that amount of light you should get something good out of the remaining one better hope its not a male because it'll be a huge waste of time and energy. Thats the only thing your setup is lacking is light dude.
