well i was finally able to read your reply and here are my thoughts all imo of course..three hundred ladies will require way more than 3000 watts of light even if they are some how crammed under them or some how spread out to each get light its just not enough for a flat land grow..vertical ya for sure..with the minimal light penetration you have pruning once a week in a stare case pattern will help some..honestly i imo wouldn't expect more than a quarter oz from each lady until they have enough light..imo no more than 50 ladies under four thousand watts..and with that you could at max yield pull close to half zip a lady..and if you look up your strain on a seed bank it will show max grams available and cut that in half or so for indoors..good luck man and be careful!
