The mat was only under the seed tray itself. The mat has worked wonders. For all the other plants i have germinated / sprouted. Both cannabis and otherwise. It keeps the seed tray around thirty degrees C. Is this too hot?

UPDATE : All five seeds flopped. Tap roots came out but once placed gently into a soil pellet and placed in a humidity tray under a flourescent tube with a heat mat under note one grew. Second fail, just like the first. Never buying this strain again.
