If you run alln day you will get root rot, fungus gnats for sure! I run drip rings over hydroton. For flower they run- 30min @ lights on, 20min @ every 4 hrs.ish,and 15min. 1hr before lights out. After all research and experimenting this works best for me. Also I use 2 gallon rose buckets.
