Like i said i cleaned everything even sterilised everything but the problem was finally fixed by "NOT ADJUSTING MY PH AT ALL, USING WATER STRAIGHT FROM THE TAP" Plants look good now thank fuck. well not straight from the tap i let the water stand for at least 12 hours.

no not that I calibrated it a few times with 7.0 solution also tested it with a friends meter both read the same I did think that initially.
