hey man just getting into blowing, have really wanted to for years, and im curious if you care if i pick your brain every now and then with a few questions. first one ive got is the kiln. why? i guess is my question, i know its needed but without it you say it explodes pretty much? is it just that it cools too quickyl? or is it just brittle if not slowly brought back to temperature? and also do you sell your work? are you a "business"? do, or can you make profit blowing? if i could eventualy pay off the equiptment id be happy. so if its too many quesitns, i just saw you as the more knowledgable on this topic. Hope you can help!

hey id like to get into glass blowing and there seems to be a rather large gap in prices for starter kits. what would be a minimal setup to do spoons and small to medium water pipes, also what are the other costs, i havent seen much info on prices for the tanks and gas and such.
