    Transplanting without the stress.

@bf80255 - Have you had a chance to try this method yet? Sounds like perfect idea to me. I also liked the weed block fabric idea, but I can see lots of potential for ripping off a bunch of roots that have grown into the fabric. This cut-cup within a cup idea seems great because the roots will...

    Portable A/C and CO2

Essentially yes. From what I understand, the temperature sensor is inside the unit and it runs its circulation fan constantly and cycles the compressor (AC function) on and off as needed. I would close those holes up. You won't be introducing any "fresh air" but I think that's negligible...

    My new Grow Lab V2.0

Dude I'm loving this idea! The 5,000 Btuh will probably be just right for my setup, but if you need more I now see they've got a 10,000 Btuh unit and its just $100 more than the 5,000 Btuh...

Why is g/W used as the benchmark?

Dude I never knew that about THC-V! I've got to start seeking it out. But you and me both man, I've been known to go as far as to bake a batch of cookies minutes before bedtime...it can be baddddd

    light movers

My bro used to use one in an 8x8 tent with just 1, 1000W unsealed parabolic fixture in it. He had pretty good results with it. I think the main benefit comes from running less light than normal in your room but still distributing it to the plants, keeps things cooler than running the "proper"...

    Still too hot

If you're willing to drop between $350 to $500 on a portable, but located outside your grow room, AC unit then check out Climate Right's 2500 and 5000 units that are made for DOG HOUSES! The unit sits outside of your room, is sealed and ducted. This is an ingenious design for indoor growers!

    CO2 question

I see mentions of bottles and burners, what about the au naturale Exhale bags? I've used them and think I've noticed a difference (2 bags in a 4x4 tent). Although I don't have a CO2 meter to verify they work, I saw a video on youtube where a guy measured the air in his tent with Exhale bags...

    A/C Q

For using a tent I would try to make it a sealed system in order to maximize the effectiveness of supplemental CO2. Try a Climate Right 2500 or Climate Right 5000 (2,500 Btuh and 5,000 Btuh cooling capacity respectively). If you're going to do an 8 to 10 ft tent and run 2,400W in it, you would...

    heat to much heat!

I know you already purchased your portable AC, but people need to start checking out the Climate Right 5000 or the 2500 (5,000 Btuh and 2,500 Btuh cooling respectively). Its great because its a sealed and ducted system that sits outside of your room. You don't need a big ass portable AC unit...

need some Help cooling my 1200w closet

Just came across this unit today. Give it a look, the air circulation *should* be sealed so there shouldn't be any concerns about odors leaking out. Its the Climate Right 5000 (RIU won't let me link to it). It sits outside the room and has two ducts. The first duct draws air out of the room...

    Portable A/C and CO2

Hey, came across this unit today and am really excited about it. Its the Climate Right 5000. RIU won't let me post a link to it, but just google it, its sweet! It sits outside your room and pumps the cold air right in. I typically use Exhale CO2 bags for CO2. Having this unit won't exhaust...

    Auto Nutrient Deficiency

In general, you don't want to spray the nutrients (i.e., plant food) on the leaves of the plant, only spray that on the soil. If you want to spray the leaves of the plants, use the purest water you can get. Its possible there are some sprays out there that are meant to be applied to leaves, but...

Cooking with Vaporized Marijuana, Best Method (also for shake), From A Real Chef

I see you asked a long time ago but in case you were still wondering, here's my answer. I use a carbon filter right next to the crock pot and there's no smell at all, so it works great, pretty much like you'd expect. I haven't made the butter into brownies, I just freeze the butter and weigh...
