Yeah i got a fan to suck heat out of the top so i can control the temp.I found a new 250 hps with hood and all for $110 new ,so im gona get it...can't wait

OK i tried a small box grow with cfls and now i wanna try flowering with a 250 watt hps this time.My area is 3'l x 2'w x 4'h and i think a 250 watt we do..I just wanna know some opinions on the 250 and some pics of anyone using this bulb in a small area....thxs

Yes i have done that a few times in a pipe....its ok but if you really want some good hash just buy some bubble bags....you wont be dissapointed with them....

I use all 2700k on my setup but i see lots on here that guys are starting to mix them a bit...

Here are some pics of my buds..... 6-26w soft white cfl - flower (using DNF Bloom nutrient) 2-26w daylight cfl -- veg (using DNF Veg nutrient) These buds are about 10 inches long and ready in a few days.... So make sure you got lots of light and good nutrient...

This is an awesome thread,my buddy is doin one in his tower with cfl.I like the hps idea in the tower....now im off to find an old tower.....

Ok i did a cfl grow a while back with just some cheap veg & bloom nutrient.Now on my second attempt i got some better stuff and was wondering if anyone has used this same nutrient before.It is a 2 part veg & 2 part bloom and on the bottle is says to put 5ml of A & 5ml of B in 1ltre of water.Now...

Yeah just be patient and it the buds will start,everything is slower with cfl growing.Mine are about 3 weeks in and have some nice buds starting...

thxs guys for the advice...i added 2 more bulbs to the flower side and cut the top off the tall one....now im making a light shade to reflect the light down at the plants.

Yeah i just watered it after the picture....i have an intake and exhaust fan on the flower side...it stays at 25c & 60% humidity.

Im running 6 of those lights in a room that is 2'w x 2'w x 3'h.....and they work great

I got a plant that has nothing but single leaves and is in flowering for 4 weeks now...i was just wandering what the single leafs mean....what happened??
