if you dont care about yield yes you can do the hole grow in a large soft drink cup
yes you can possibly polinate girls from same grow you collect pollen from its about timeing
much easyer to collect pollen on one grow start a second grow after about a month delay to collect pollen and dry it without pressure
but males will make pollen before female flowers problem is you must collect the pollen dry it put on female and still have time for seeds to develope before chop down time but if you only care about seeds then chop time can be delayed till seeds finish
problem here is that some time when flower to long past maturity plant sometimes herms but once again if you dont care then you dont care

Good info! Do you think if I started then in the large drink cups it would stunt the growth enough to fit in my smallish cab? 18" from bottom of cup and they hit the lights.
