I had the same experience. The seeds were the most immature I've had. Didn't expect many (if any) to germ. More than half did (can't recall exact numbers). Had 2 different strains, about 5 years back.

That's weird Headbanger was the first strain I ever made rosin from and it was around 21% I thought it would be smooth sailing from there. That was grown by me...good stuff but not really the flavor I'm looking for. I've pressed GG4 and had great yields there too, but again, not my cup of tea...

Did you ever press these strains? I have had some bomb flowers that did not yield well.

Hey thanks for your input. I did try lower temps in the past, but got poor yields, although I did not go much longer in time...i think i went 2 mins for lower temps. Tbh i didn't really notice much difference in taste, it did budder at lower temps, which I'm not really a fan of budder so...

Not really the same thing. Best tasting is a matter of opinion, I'm asking which strains yield 20ish percent (or more obv), which is not a matter of opinion. I can only grow 4 plants, so if i grow strains that yield poorly I end up having to buy crappy commercial weed well before my next...
