If you have a bag seed of unknown origin and you grow it out to be selfed will said new seeds carry the same genetics of the plant you grew or will it exhibit a crapshoot of other traits from the parents of bagged seed origin?

I noticed the s1000 dont have a reflector like the sl600. Would taking it off be any more beneficial in have the light spread and reflect off the tent walls?

I'm running a 2x2x4 grow tent with this light My question is, can I get away with hanging at the top of the tent and leave it at 100% or go with the manufacturer's instructions and dim accordingly to dial in ppfd range at given point of growth?

No, it's just a reference point for your lights output at the manufacturers height and calculates the intensity at different heights

Found it a while back but forgot it. I'm looking for a site that has a calculator where you can put in the ppfd of your light and what height you want and it gives you said reading. Does anyone know of this? Thanks

I already have two of those, that was what made me think of one that isn't powered. Tried using it and The blade spins from the vacuum but the motor restricts the speed. I actually get good air flow with just the straight open vent hole alone. Just thought having one with a fan blade would help...

Does anyone know of or seen a type of powerless turbine vent? I'm running a passive intake and using the lower intake vent hole to pull the air in. I'd like to have a sort of duct tube that has a fan blade in it that can be ran off of the vacuum of the exhaust to help distribute fresh air...

Of all the amendments listed below. What ones would you build a super soil with? With all? Some? Anything extra? I'm doing a plant based fertilizer growand curious as to what others might use or not use in setting up soil for reusing or as a base for a permanent no till style setup

Say you have two cuttings from the same mother of excellent stock in growth, but of the two one of them is on the weaker side but still grows none the less. Will cloning from the strong and weak first clones produce the same traits from them, strong clone/strong new clones same with the weak?
