I am growing in soil. And have only been giving them water. root organic soil

I am having growing some ripped bubba and all my clones have turned red. The stocks and stems are red , the leaves are dark green with some deformation. The clones were started under an LED UFO. What should I do to correct this?

I am just wanting to get peoples opinions on the best time to harvest.

I have started four ripped bubba seeds and I was wondering when looking t the tricome when should I harvest. Should they be clear , cloudy or some amber? I did not know as this ids my first run of the rb.
