This plant was doing great until I transplanted a little late, some of the roots grew through the small pot and when getting her out some of the roots got damaged. Is there anything I can do to help this poor plant?

Just transplant into bigger pot with the ffof?

So this was just a trial run with some bag seed that I really never intended on seriously growing. I am starting some seeds that I have ordered after I can stabilize my grow tent. I know this soil is shit. I have ffof for my next grow. I know the soil is dry, because this picture was taken right...

I have some ffof and 5gal smart pots for my next grow, but you said repot? How would I go about doing that?

Also above I said I was giving them floranova bloom, I have been giving them the grow not bloom

No I appoligize it started from the bottom and I can tell that the next set of leaves that are higher are starting to get lighter in color as well.

Okay, so I did raise the light the other day, it is at about 18” I am guessing. If that is the problem why would it only be the bottom leaves changing and not the top?

I have only been watering like every 3 days after about 3 inches on the top is dry. And that leaf was the newest growth, the other side fell off so removes this one to even it out.
