You can overnute by putting your plants into FFOF only, by the way. See it all the time. Cut it with some Happy Frog next time and maybe you won't see it.

You could top if you need to, just do asap then before bud production really begins or your chopping off a lot of great product to be. Id emergency scrog it and get some wire netting or orange construction fencing and force it over the plant to bush it out wide.

Fan blowing too hard?

How'd you plug them. Go over your method. Is there a temp gauge and controller with that heat pad. If not they may have gotten too warm at the roots and the temp could continue to rise to 85+ degrees.

Yup, a big one in flowering can do it. Not like a little clone or anything, sorry should have specified.

Trim the leaves that cover budding points on the lateral branches. Large fan leaves are nice to grab light, but if they are covering budding points they aren't worth keeping.

Don't do any topping or LST until you transplant and dense up that stem. Get a small desk fan blowing on her, and take the good advice from the growers who posted before me. And please listen to No Clue and drop your lights lower. Thin leggy plants like that are a result of the light being up...

There are two theories. One is a nice slow transition into flowering with 24/0, 18/6, 14/8, 12/12. The other theory is to basically run into their bedroom screaming at the top of your lungs. In this method you would go and put the girls in the dark for 1-2 FULL days. They start to bud faster...
