    Need help identifying root issue(Pics)

I appreciate your responses, thanks. I'm still curious what it is, but I think you're right. Fungus of some kind and not pest related.

    Need help identifying root issue(Pics)

I recently flushed a set of 1.5mo+ old clones in soil (1/2gal pots) and in an attempt to help dry the root zone, placed small spacers in the bottom of each pot for 2 days to bring the soil away from the sides of the pot ~1/4inch. A few have developed this condition since. Nothing flying in the...

    Spots on leaves

Also, if you ph test the runoff and it's quite low, (like 5) flush with a greater quantity of water @ 7ish, as opposed to a smaller quantity @ something like ph 8 or 9+. I made this mistake personally. It can cause something called osmotic shock which is no good.

    Spots on leaves

Well it doesn't look like pest damage to me. Ideal ph range for soil is 6.3-6.8. In FFOF,, you should be able to use tap water @ 7+ ph and have the soil bring it down to that appropriate range. If I had to guess specifically, I'd say your leaf spots are a cal deficiency due to low ph lockout...

    Strange yellow spots

Agreed, make sure you check the N-P-K of any cal/mag supplement you may use to ensure you aren't accidentally doubling up on any N that's already present in your medium or nutrients.

    Great White Premium Mycorrhizae

I grow in soil. I fill a 30gal reservoir from the tap, add 5-10ml per gal of hygrozyme, and then allow to settle, dechlorinate, etc with a couple air stones in it. -If I add Great White to the reservoir and then wait to use the water for a few days, will the beneficials still be alive/viable...

Ive never shipped anything before. Seems too risky for a small amount of money. I'm open to the idea if risk can somehow be eliminated though.

    Solis Tek DE lamp info

I emailed Solis Tek asking what their suggested lamp height above canopy is for my specific bulb and they sent me this great block of general info so I thought I'd share: Generally 3-4 feet above the canopy is recommended. We recommend adjusting the height of the reflector so that the top of...

Who here has had cloning problems?

I've only cloned using rockwool cubes, but there are a few things that I've learned along the way that have made huge differences. -Adding a "zyme" product to the cubes' presoak(also make sure it's ph 5.5) has eliminated mold/rot issues and reduced the rooting timeframe -Cutting just...

    What's wrong with this picture?

Awesome tip, would I be correct in assuming that you would apply just after lights-off? Circulatory fans off?
