Yellowish/Discolored Leafs - Haven't a Clue

Setup:
4 tube fluorescents (18.5in from top of dome)
Humidity dome (valves are closed)
Lights on 24/0
Starter plugs w/ water under tray.
Temp: about 70-73

Description:
Other than the seedlings that grew weird in the beginning every other plant is healthy (I think) but this little one has some discoloration on his leafs.

Questions:
Does anyone have any suggestions, or know what to do, or what's wrong?
Does anyone know why it's discolored?
Is this a temperature problem?

If you look at the pix there you see where the water droplets are gathered on the other plants? Might be a lil bit of burn from the water drops acting like a magifying glass.

Oh, Ok.

Do you think the plant will be ok?
How long until full recovery?

you may consider dropping that light closer, you have lots of stretch going on

Don't know what "stretch" is (first grow) and how much closer?
when should I open the dome valves?
and when should I taken them out of the dome?

The plants reaching up for the light cause its too high = stretch. bring the light down about 3 inches or so off the top of your dome. just however close u can get it without it melting yer dome. and you can probably open the lil top vents since they have thier first leaves.

watch the moisture on your dome and make sure it stays misted. slow down on misting the plants and make em grow roots.

I will probably end up bringing them down pretty soon, but I don't want my strong light to dry out the dome.

Yea, I opened the vent to get some ir moving in there.

And I'm going to chill out on spraying them down, thanks!

As mentioned above, I recommend bringing that light down before they stretch too much. You should bring it down as close to the dome as you can get it, and you won't have to worry about it hurting your plant because it won't be intense enough to do so. The output reaching the plants will still be below 3000 'lumens per square foot', which is the minimum required for strong plant growth. You should consider getting them into some soil and bringing the light down to an inch or two, before you start running into other problems.

I'm moving them into rockwool, and are you saying that I can't burn my plants with this light? ... you thing 4 inches is safe?

^Yep, flouros are about as safe as it gets,(even T5's) as long as the plants aren't touching the bulbs. The only time you don't want them really close, is if you are trying to root clones with them, otherwise you should keep them close as possible. 4 inches is not only safe, it is still a little too far away. I'd shoot for 1-2" away from the tops, and your plants will thank you for it.
