Yuk m8, are you sure they are worms? To start with i would re-pot in a black pot instead of whatever that is.

i would worry about it,fungus gnat larva is what you have,in a couple of days theyll be adults and eating your plants and laying more eggs, pyrathrum tr fogger will get rid of anything in your growroom that crawls or flies the first time, followed up by one more a week later, they cost about 25$,but well worth the money.

That would be a party cup lots of people use them and its in perlite , vermiculite and seed starting soil from my local garden supply ! I sprayed with a mix of water and hydrogen peroxide I thought that might help I saw what looked like a fruit fly outside my grow area today and its 10 degrees outside could it be them I put a few fly traps in there to c what I get thanks for the replies !! Peace

I'm sure that the white cup isn't making white worms crawl on the plant. Black is the color that most accepts mold and fungi.

Alot of people dont pot up in soil or think that you can flush in soil too!

Get a 60x magnification & make sure they dont have tiny legs!

That cup will let light get to your roots, not what they want!.... & of-course it isn't causing those worms to crawl up on the leaves!(I've heard some dumb things in my time, but bloody hell !)

In years & years of growing ive never seen a fungus larvae crawl up to the leaves! They live in your compost & feed on your roots! The adults also lay their eggs back into the soil to repeat the cycle. The worse the adults do is crap all over your plants. A really bad infestation will massacre your roots in the biggest of plants.
To be sure, cut a slice of potato & press it into your compost. If there is Larvae they will come to the potato slice. Leave for 24 hours & dont forget to look inside the potato!
Fungus larvae have a black head & are easy to spot. If you do have them you can start to counter them by putting a layer of sharp sand (dont forget to wash the sand 1st) on the tops of your medium, this will prevent the adults from laying their eggs back in the soil.An adult will lay 150-200 eggs in it's lifetime!

Then ...to completely eradicate them, look for neem based products for 100% safe results.
