Since I already have all my t5 Shit you think I should buy a 600w hps and have two rooms to have bud harvesting all the time?

Thats what i roll with 8 lamp t5 veg and 2 1000 watt hps for flower. 4x4 veg tent and 4x8 flower tent... and a small area for clones a single t5 right on top a humidity dome seems to work well for me.

If your trying to schedule rotation. This chart is designed around a 4' 8 bulb t-5 veg light and a 1000w flower bulb.

The first column shows your choices of grow mediums. Columns 2,3 and 4 show how many days, in veg, are required to grow the plants into a sog or scrog or 30' shape before rotating them into the flower room.

Intersecting at the bottom of days in veg and grow systems is quantity of plants. The bigger the plants the fewer required.

The days in flower column describes, in days, how long each system takes to finish flowering. The quality and yield headings compare the difference in quality and yield between the systems. once the data has been sorted into something meaningful, like the growth rate chart we can begin to make some inferences.

soil produces the highest quality flower, aeroponics produces the densest. But don't think just because aeroponics produces the lowest quality it dont mean it makes for a bad product. hope this helps it helped me

I really wanna set up two rooms. And either get a hps or another t5 and either do a t5 in each room or two t5s in one room and just go from seed to harvest in one room. But then space comes into play. And that brings up some questions.
#1-Would I be able to grow a big enough scrog with one t5 4 bulb fixture for it to be worth buying a 600w hps?
#2-which would produce better growth in flower?hps or two t5's
#3-which setup would overall grow the fastest?

Here's a few shots of my T5 only grow. ONE plant! The key is using aquarium bulbs which come in a variety of nms, simulating LED PAR

What bulbs are you running in that. Cause I've got two aquarium bulbs but they're just coral wave and reef wave I think? Looks like you've got the violet whatever

I agree with using aquarium blubs. I used a 6 bulb unit with 6500k and and the results were good. But, later grow I used 460nm and 12k and the plants has many more bud sites. I later used the same unit with 3000k blubs to flower. I got more produce with the 400w HPS. I like using T5 in the summer for heat issues. In the fall and winter, I switch to 400w HPS.

What t5 bulbs should I use for flower? What's the best. Cause I'm currently in week 5 of flower on my first grow and I wanna get the best t5's I can

Yup. Veg with the t5 and flower with the HPS. Try and get a simple continual going.

I might try 6 plants at a time in full flower, 2 plants just entering flower, 4 clones rooting at a time and two teens vegging. Every two weeks you would take two more cuttings, repot two rooted clones to start vegging into teens, and harvest two plants. This should average you 1-2 oz a week.

I would NOT buy those aquarium bulbs like that one person suggested. For the same price you can run 4x as much wattage of plain white (which grows better bud than the colored t5's anyways).
