your 2nd point... morals and ethics? your in new york, it's illegal for you to smoke and grow marijuana. there you go casting stones. everyone in the house gets arrested?? lmao. i have been in an house when a friends roommate got busted for selling weed off the porch, he had 6 plants and 3 roomates and there were 3 other people hangin out. he was not a legal grower and he was the only one who went to jail, like i said your cousin went to jail because he was a felon in a house where illegal activities were taking place, he could have gone to jail if his son was in the back yard smoking a joint and got busted...
