Help. Is this a heat problem ?

Hi dudes

1 month flow and the leaves are turning around.
I dont think its underwater so it must be heat ?
I dont know, i have no experience, so please help if you can.

As you can see in the last pic i have one near the light.
the high temps are 98-100 F

Cover it with something so it isnt in direct light, then you will have the real temp..

Help. Is this a heat problem ?
