be a lot better here in a couple weeks when i'm harvesting

Just checked on my shipping tracker and my new light is out for delivery and should be here today! that's cool....i got a 600W digital Metal Halide. Im not going to run the MH im going to use my spare HPS bulb to flower my mothers and get them out of my hair.....they are way too big and overgrown and producing far more cuttings than i need. i am saving a few cuttings from the mothers though before they flower. I should be updating soon with sealing in my veg room and converting to flowering room. also, depending on how circulation and air temps go, i may or may not be adding my 465cfm blower to re-circulate air among the rooms. MY plants are 54 days in flowering right now, hopefully ill get the mother started on 12/12 by this weekend. Also, the mothers are going to go into 7gal pots before flowering.

The six plant in the last 2 pix were all hermies from the same motherplant....bad genes apparently. i scrapped those finally and got rid of the mother. i got alot more space in the flower room and i don't have to worry so much anymore about pollination or male flowers. Im going to start trimming those up tonight because i got most all the fan leaves already removed last night. I will be transplanting the mothers soon but still working on getting my new light put into the veg room and getting the walls up. ill update with that when i undertake that project....prolly tomorrow after work. I gotta pick up some soil and amendments ect. at the grow store for soil for the mothers as well before i get too ahead of myself. 8 weeks flower today probably 2 maybe 3 more until harvest. if i can i might post some pix of the hermie buds i get done tonight.

if you look early in the post i had pics of the entire room done in that reflectix insulating reflective material but then had a random landlord inspection and had to tear it all down. after the rebuild i could't salvage enough to re-do the entire room so i just did the partition wall and doubled up the bottom to keep out ambient light from the adjacent veg room @ plant level. then once all the plants were in there and flowering i couldn't get in there to put more up. after harvest i will probably re-do the room with black and white poly

late flowering fade is starting to set in and the buds are swelling nicely first signs of amber trichomes under the scope. id say these babies are in their final weeks of growth. i plan to harvest half of the plants at about 15-25% amber trichomes then taking the rest at around 50% amber trichomes.

thanks for checking out my room and grow so far, i'll be starting my mother plants into flowering soon after these plant are harvested. i'll probably start a new thread for that grow, but ill still continue to update this thread with any new room equipment if/when it's installed or if i make any changes to the room's design.

Bought myself a new digital 600W MH/ HPS light exactly like the one im flowering with.

what im going to do is here in about a week or so when i harvest these plants out of there im going to switch out the 600W MH for a 600W HPS bulb and split the mother plants between the two rooms and then flip the switch to 12/12. right now they are all crowded under the MH but it beats the T12 they have grown under their entire life. They are in 7 gal pots now.

The close up pic is of one of the plants i call C1. She is starting to turn a little bit purple and almost all of her hairs have gone reddish orange. Leaves are yellowing a bit but plenty of green remains.

I have had to be staking shit up left and right in these final weeks. it's hell to find garden stakes in the winter time just after christmas....being out of season and all, but i found a stash at the hardware store. i bought 5 ft and cut in half and just used hemp twine to tie the stems upright.

New thread for harvesting/ curing. once this grow is harvested im going to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room, hang some new reflective material (probably either a black and white poly or more reflextix, or some combination) to cover the bare wall spots. Then im going to finish the partition wall for the space my mothers are in, distribute the mother plants among the 2 rooms, change the MH out for a 600W HPS bulb and flower the mothers. im going to put a few clones in the room that has more space and only get 2 mothers.
