DIY Grow Room Worm Bin

We all know that you should never throw your clippings and cutting waste in the trash. I use a worm bed for all our families food scraps so I thought I would make a worm bin for my clone cuttings. Here is how I did it.

Get a container it must have a lid that can be sealed or the little guys will get out. I used a 2 gal painters pail

Next get some worms I have a bin already so not a problem here.

Put some worms in the bucket

Add some of their food from their bin Dont want them to starve while they wait for the good stuff.

Drill some holes so they can breath.

There you go i am putting this in my grow room so i dont have to leave the room to dispose of the clippings.

They should be very happy worms when they get to the lushness of the leaves. bongsmilie

Very cool. I have pretty much the same set up but was NOT aware that they could climb out. I gotta put some hole in a lid!!!
How much castings can one expect from one of those? I am considering setting up three or four of them. Worm shit is HIGH DOLLAR!!!
