That humidity/temp is right on point. You dont have any signs of mold so itll probably take a few days to a week depending on how dense it is and how consistent the temp/humidity is. Just check it every day and when it starts to get krispy on the outside jar it, if it gets really wet after you may need to dry it for another day or to.
Try lookin into a company called boveda. They make humidity packs that add or remove water from the air to keep a good humidity. And theyre pretty cheap.
