So here it is, my first journal . Hopefully i can do it right and not disappoint the fine community of RIU. Here's the rundown.2 grow boxes, 2x2x4.
almost 200w of cfl's each. (like 190)
bagseed (first disappointment)
expecting to have about 40 females. still sexing
half are 12/12 from seed with the other half having a short veg time. except for the re-vegged girl
synthetic nutrients. nothing fancy, miracle grow and some orchid food. a little bit of calcium and magnesium here and there. and a splash of superthrive.
oh, almost forgot the unicorn urine and dark matter
here's some pics to tie you over, ill take some more tonight when the lights come on
these are the boxes. got some tropicana up there for scale. hardwired the lights with some basic shit from lowes. pretty cheap. lights are tied into the junction box on top and the single cord goes straight into the timer. got a cheap wal-mart fan i slapped in there up top. passive intake in the bottom.
im calling this box #1. all of these are 12/12 from seed and are about 2 weeks old. once sexed the females are gonna be transplanted into 1/2 gallon containers. (the tropicana jugs) who says you cant grow in cardboard!
This is box #2
the plants on the left have been sexed. the big one in the back is the re-vegged girl. the ones in the creamer jugs had a 3 week veg (i think) and the rest haven't been sexed yet. once everything is sexed and put into the 1/2 gal jugs it should look a lot cleaner. it's around 70 plants altogether so its a little cluttered. im expected everything to be sexed in the next couple of weeks. good luck to me!
