I am finishing up the construction of my grow room waiting on power tools to put in vents and Power. I still have a little more painting to do but done for the most part. I Ordered my seeds today: ShortRider Feminized. I am using 3 cfl bulbs two 23w and one 65w = to 500w full spectrum my grow box is 4x2x4 the inside flat white paint very sturdy wood frame. I am proud so far but I am still a noob I hope this turns out well.

I finished all the painting and put in the lights all I have left to do is put in the vent (waiting on power tools)

I had some old seedlings from my bootleg (failed) grow. I threw the babies outside (its cold as shit where I am) and the lived for like 3 days some of them outside are still alive so I took the 4 that looked the strongest and put them in my new grow room until my seed get here. (REMEMBER guys I threw these out and went and picked them back up 2+days later). I WOULD LOVE SOME HELP WITH GETTING THEM BETTER. PLEASE HELP GUYS. Also I am excited because I found out from Nirvana that I will be getting freebies,

You got some major stretching going on man, have you looked into HID lighting?
I would make a better reflector if you are set of using CFL's though

Yes I have stretching because of the old lights. I do need help building a better reflector but I dont know what to use. I am also SET ON CFLs I like the way they look and use less power I live in America where high power bill bets you busted. But yes please help build better reflector.

If you used a 250 watt HPS you would have no problems whatsoever. You would just get much much better growth and bigger yields than 250 watts of CFLs
Are you planning on using less than 250 watts of CFL? If so your harvest is going to be very small just so you know. 250 watts of CFL is the same as 250 watts of HPS the only difference is the lumen and penetration of the HPS is much better than that of CFL.
Not paying your electric bill is what gets you busted bro
 
I plan on using 4 23watt bulbs and 2 65watt bulbs, I could really use help building a better reflector I just dont know what to use. I know it would help my cause alot. I am trying to get everything ready for when my ShortRider seeds get here next week I was told that 200+watts of cfl do really good with that strain and remember everybody (I AM SET ON CFLs)

hows it going? i just finished up my first ever successful grow of blue mystic and i used 200 actual watts of cfl's for the grow at times up to 310 watts let me say this cfl grows are possible but as the man said it will affect your yeild unless you use a shit load of them..dont get me wrong the BM i just finished the smoke is off the hook good couch lock night night shit but my overall yeild was only about 1/2 ounce per plant and the buds were a lil airy but ive got some banging smoke for my new grow im going with my new cooltube 400w but ill still veg with my cfl mixure i have pics of my last grow in my sig..check it out even a 250w hps would do better for you..i hope this helped..Peace pot prosperity..

hey my man i dont think u should worry too much about power bill as long as u pay it on time they wont care....it is the holiday season too so alot of people are decorating and also running heaters so a high bill wouldn't seem to suspect.....the average space heater runs at about 1300 watts and i think a dryer is about 1800 watts, but u dont run a dryer for 12 hours straight a day lol.....the only problems u will get from the electric company is if the meter man smells ur crop.....ive been hearing mixed reviews about LED but i know HIDs will give u much better yield....check out ebay, u can find some great deals....peace

wrap some cardboard in wrinkled aluminum foil....most reflectors are made out of aluminum so it has pretty much the same reflectivity....wrinkle it up so it looks like the hood here....saw a guy made one on youtube and said it worked perfect....u can wrap the walls like this too

You didnt answer me Fu+++ead you just said some stuff I didnt ask shit about lights I asked for help building a reflector and how many plants a 10 gallon bubbleponics would support. Read the post stupid. I dont mind people posting but if I ask how to make a carbon filter the answer is not go buy an Ozone filter. I didnt ask you shit about HIDS and I made it clear two time I was sticking with CFLs. Just read man so you will know whats going on. (Thanks for all the help everyone else) I still Love you bro. Make buds not war.
